As the creative force behind Danish brand Ganni, Ditte Reffstrup's collections reflect her favorite pair of sneakers, comfortable and great on the dance floor.

Raised in the rural town of Hirtshals in Denmark, Ditte Reffstrup used to get her teenage fashion fix glued to MTV or trawling local charity shops. Now as the creative director of Ganni, her own Copenhagen-based fashion line, Ditte finds herself looking for inspiration as far afield as Los Angeles and Tokyo. Despite winning awards and having her designs stocked in more than 20 countries around the world, she says her brand can best be described in much the same
