Hotel Panache

An elegant Parisian hotel straddling two very different quartiers.

Hotel Panache sits on a snug street corner in Paris’s 9th Arrondissement, at the intersection of the upmarket Grands Boulevards and the bohemian South Pigalle neighborhoods.

The wedge-shaped building, reminiscent of New York’s Flat Iron, houses 40 rooms—each of them unique, thanks in part to the unusual floor plan and also designer Dorothée Meilichzon’s eclectic styling. Floors and walls are covered with Meilichzon’s signature geometric patterns, and tightly-angled corners are used for triangular desks and precision-angled mirrors.

The Restaurant Panache—decked out in the same blue, green and gray palette as the rooms—is a good spot for guests and visitors to gather before a show at one of the many theatres nearby.
