The Darling guesthouse in central Copenhagen was conceived by creative partners Jens Løkke and Uffe Buchard as a showcase of modern Danish design and contemporary art. For their latest suite, The Classic, the duo paired iconic pieces of furniture, such as Hans Wegner’s Flag Halyard chair and Arne Jacobsen’s Swan chair, with a rotating selection of artworks and sculptures by Danish artists. Despite feeling like a private apartment, The Darling offers the concierge services of a luxury hotel, with a private driver, chef, masseuse, florist, and cosmetologist available on request.
